Job Description

Roofing Foreman will lead a crew in the onsite day to day work and oversite of commercial roofing projects, complete all necessary paperwork as a crew lead (timesheets, inventory, service tickets) and enforce company safety policies.

Included in this position is fabrication and installation of sheet metal flashings, fixtures, and roof components, repair roof leaks on different types of roofs, and helping to build a crew in the understanding of the processes involved with commercial roofing. We expect you to solve problems as they arise, and work efficiently as a member of the team.

What to expect

  • Start times typically depend on the season.
  • Work shifts range from 8-10 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
  • Based upon our workload, overtime may be worked each week.
  • Pay Rate: DOE and status of driver’s license
  • Occasional out of town travel:
    • All crewman travel in a company pickup
    • We pay a per diem rate for a hotel and meals if an overnight is required.
  • Promotion is based upon:

Roofing Technicians

Job Description

Roofing technicians will learn and assist in the process of inspecting, repairing, tearing off, and installing flat/low-slope roof systems. You will learn how to install several different types of roofing systems, fabricate and install sheet metal flashings, fixtures and roof components, repair roof leaks on different types of roofs, and how to operate power tools and some large machinery safely. We expect you to implement what you learn on the roof, solve problems as they arise, and work as an efficient team member on a roofing crew.

  • Based upon our workload, 3-5 hours of overtime are worked each week.

Accountant/Bookkeeper

This is a full-time position, on-site in Billings MT, Monday -Friday 8-5.  Benefit package includes Health Insurance, 401K with 4% match and paid time off.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
  • Perform month end and year end closing processes, including monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness, assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee bank deposits, perform cash reconciliations, and help manage cash flow
  • Prepare weekly payroll and ensure compliance
  • Review pay applications to ensure accuracy
  • Perform job costing analysis
  • Maintain accounting related software programs
  • Any other tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Previous construction industry experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Positive/upbeat attitude
  • Self-motivated with attention to deadlines
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with co-workers, management, subcontractors, and customers.
